We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. We make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time; however, Wright Kids Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate to avoid delays.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Exchanges are also available for different sizes or colours, subject to stock availability.
